1 bottle Glen Garioch 1968. 34 Year Old. In presentation box. Cask number 17, a Sherry Hogshead. 70cl. 55.3%. Level in neck. Slight wear on capsule but otherwise Good condition.
A very intriguing single cask Glen Garioch bottled for World of Whiskies. These long aged officials distilled in the late 1960s hardly ever turn up at auction anymore. This one has sherry and smoke with dried fruit; plums and dates mingle with rich woody flavours but surprisingly fresh.
Although a condition report is normally included in the lot description, we would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids.
If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please use the link "ask a question" to make specific enquiries or to receive a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen and described.
Please note: due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
