1 bottle Dalmore 50 Year Old. Bottled 1978. In bespoke lockable wooden presentation box accompanied by branded glass stopper. Driven cork with banded wax seal. One of 60 hand-cut crystal decanters. Signed by Richard Paterson. 52%. Level high shoulder. Good condition.
This 50 year old Dalmore which was bottled back in 1978 is regarded as the best Dalmore ever bottled and probably the best 50 year old in the world. It's also bottled at a hefty 52% which is very unusual for such an old whisky. Only 60 hand-cut crystal decanters were produced making this one of the hardest whiskies to find. Adding to it's rarity this is bottle number 50 and is hand signed by Richard Paterson.
Although a condition report is normally included in the lot description, we would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids.
If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please use the link "ask a question" to make specific enquiries or to receive a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen and described.
Please note: due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
