1 bottle Clynelish 1983 - 2004. 21 Year Old. Scotch Malt Whisky Society 26.36. One of 276 bottles. No box. 70cl. 57.3%. 100.2 proof. Level in neck. Good condition.
From the archives. "Tropical fruit bouquet. This distillery was constructed in 1967 in the Sutherland town of Brora. The water supply is from the Clynemilton Burn. This dram, from a refill hoggie, is the colour of gold medallions. The nose is clean, sweet and fragrant. Predominantly barley sugar, it also has coconut, crushed pineapple and other exotic fruits, lychee and passion fruit at the periphery. With water it hints of blossoms, beeswax and fresh tempura. In the mouth it is warming and sweet but refreshing at the same time. A well-rounded whisky, which was highly praised by the whole panel." The original price for this bottle in 2004 was £51.
Although a condition report is normally included in the lot description, we would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids.
If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please use the link "ask a question" to make specific enquiries or to receive a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen and described.
Please note: due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
