Cross Reference To Delivery Table: 2.00
1 bottle Brora 1977 - 1996. 19 Year Old. Scotch Malt Whisky Society 61.3. One of only 216 bottles. No box. 70cl. 53.8%. Level in neck. Minor marks to label, otherwise good condition.
From the archives. ''Lagavulin by another name? This northern distillery changed its name when a new distillery was built next door, and it closed in 1983. The whisky has a gorgeous full gold colour, good beading and a lovely rich, well-intergrated nose (pop-tarts, mince meat, a whiff of smoke) which carries on after water has been added. Both nose and flavour recall the more elegant Islays: a sweetish, a smoky middle and a bitter, burnt-stick finish.''
Although a condition report is normally included in the lot description, we would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids.
If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please use the link "ask a question" to make specific enquiries or to receive a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen and described.
Please note: due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
