1 bottle Ainslie's Royal Edinburgh Choice Scotch Whisky. Bottled 1950s. Spring cap with branded foil seal. No box. No capacity stated although bottle is full size. 70 proof. Level top shoulder. Some wear to label but otherwise condition is very good for age.
Clynelish was always the main component malt of Ainslie's and this 1950s era bottling will contain a significant proportion of malt whisky in the vatting. These can be fantastic and are usually a brilliant way to get a sense of old style malt whisky and how it used to taste long before mass modernisation took hold of the industry.
Although a condition report is normally included in the lot description, we would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids.
If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please use the link "ask a question" to make specific enquiries or to receive a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen and described.
Please note: due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
